张洪，教授，硕士生导师，成都大学教务处副处长，近五年主持和主研国家级、省部级科研项目6项，厅局级项目8项，立项科研经费30余万元；发表科研论文20余篇，其中被SCI检索12篇，EI检索10篇；获得校级教学成果奖4项，其中一等奖3项；副主编教材3部，主持教育部产学研合作项目3项，主持省级教改课题1项，发表教改论文3篇，荣获成都大学青年教学名师称号。
